Non-Legal Registration

This form is to be used by non-legal privileged mail senders to register with the Illinois Department of Corrections for access to the Department’s Multi-Factor Authentication Mail System to send correspondence to individuals in custody.

By registering for the use of this system, you will be responsible for any correspondence sent to an individual in custody using a Control Number you generate.
